Heat-Line is grateful to have Anna as a human resource consultant as her knowledge of compliance laws both provincially and federal are immensely helpful. Human resource standards and laws are constantly changing, which makes it very hard for small business owners wearing multiple hats to keep up. Anna is a great resource to ask questions and involve in company workplace training as an adviser and or trainer. When unsure of a question or law she is honest and researches into it before giving an inaccurate answer. You know you will always receive accurate and up to date information. Anna is helpful with engaging employees, making things simple to understand and always makes sure to be straight to the point. Her time management skills and quoting figures are very accurate so you are not surprised with unexpected costs and invoices. Great to have her as part of our team.

We are grateful for the service that Anna provided to us in understanding the laws that govern the employee-employer relationship in Canada. As we reside in the US, she went above and beyond her work of aiding in the re-draft of our US handbook, making it accurately compliant with all the laws and policies of Canada. Anna was responsive when needed and was able to provide us with a deeper knowledge of Canadian employment laws and the practical application to the Canadian division. Wind in the Willows Spa had the pleasure of experiencing a work shop with Anna Froebe. The comments from my staff were the understanding  of team work and its importance.   They felt empowered with the information and interaction with each other while the videos re-enforced the importance of being positive.  Mostly we came away with a clear understanding of CIVILITY.  My staff have already begun to implement some of these positive changes in their workplace. 

I highly recommend Anna's workshops - her style and class were outstanding and I plan on making this an annual event.

I first met Anna Froebe helping her and her husband sell their cottage on Kennisis Lake and buy a home on Bob Lake.  Since that time, Anna and her husband have become close friends because they are such a wonderful couple.   Anna is a charming, professional, and organized individual.  In our conversations, I  have come to appreciate her knowledge of Human Resources issues.  I am confident that Anna is very capable to help medium and small sized businesses align their organizational human resource need to meet legislative requirments.   She is approachable and personable while having the ability to diffuse difficult situations with humor.   Anna has given me tips on Human Resources issues in the past and I highly recommend her to businesses for their HR needs.
